Oral presentations are now being solicited for the conference. Each presenter has 10 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Presenters are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and submit it to the organizing committee approximately two to three weeks before the conference.
Note: The full papers/abstracts that have been officially published can also be shared as oral presentations at the conference.
1. Authors can submit full papers/abstracts and make oral
presentations.
2. The organizing committee will send an invitation letter after the full
paper/abstract is accepted.
3. Oral presenters need to get their speech well prepared (PowerPoint,
audio or video materials if needed) about 2-3 weeks before the conference.
4. The duration of the presentation is about 15 minutes (including 10
minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A).
There will be a poster display and communication area during the conference, wher authors can communicate their research results through posters.
Note: The full papers/abstracts that have been officially published can also be presented as posters at the conference.
